Lucky Hit: Up to a 5-10% Chance when you damage an enemy with a Skill to reduce the Cooldown of your Ultimate Skill by 2 seconds. Can only happen once per Skill cast. Tempering Recipes Discharge - Weapon +X% chance to cast an additional Charged Bolt (moved from Shock Augments)
