Fixed an issue where Esadora's Overflowing Cameo would discharge Crackling Energy faster than intended.

Damage Reduction per Crackling Energy charge affix replaced with Cooldown Reduction affix. Helm of Verglas Inherent Maximum Cold Resistance affix removed. Inherent Cold Resistance affix increased to 300.

Developer’s Note: This also increases the number of strikes with Esadora's Overflowing Cameo when discharging.

Now deals it’s discharge faster. Chance to refund a charge changed to 5% from 2%.

Esadora's Overflowing Cameo changed the following attribute.

Unique Power

BeforeUpon collecting Crackling Energy, there's a 15% chance to release a lightning nova, dealing x Lightning damage, increased by 120% for every 100 Intelligence you have.AfterCrackling Energy now gains 10%[x] damage for every level in Shock Skills you have equipped and enemies hit have a 5% 2% chance to refund a charge. Upon reaching maximum Crackling Energy, you rapidly unleash all charges on the closest enemy to you dealing 40-80%[x] increased damage. You cannot gain charges from hits while rapidly discharging.

Esadora's Overflowing Cameo changed the following attribute.

Non-Physical Damage affix replaced with Cooldown Reduction. Crackling Energy Damage affix increased by 50%. Lightning Nova's base damage increased by 100%. The Lightning Nova deals 50% (multiplicative damage) [x] increased damage for every 100 Intelligence you have.
