Guaranteed Affix 1: Primary Core Stat Guaranteed Affix 2: Movement Speed
An example of this is the Heir of Perdition, a popular helm for an outsized number of endgame builds. One of its standard affixes gives a bonus to Core Skills. Many popular endgame builds don’t even use Core Skills, making this a wasted affix.
Fixed an issue where Heir of Perdition's description did not accurately state the distance at which it will steal Mother's Favor from allies.
Fixed an issue where Changing Difficulty would grant 2 stacks of Mother's Favor from Heir of Perdition.
Fixed an issue where Heir of Perdition's damage bonus against Angels and Demons was multiplicative instead of additive.
