Fixed an issue where Barrier granted by Temerity could be drained by health regeneration from a life per second affix.
Maximum Life % affix replaced with Maximum Life affix. Damage Reduction while Healthy affix replaced with Armor % affix.
Fixed an issue where Temerity was not gaining the proper amount of barrier based on healing.
Fixed an issue where Temerity would only apply its Overheal barrier at full health instead of including excess healing when a source of healing would take the player beyond full Life.
